Sun Ren ~~ Lady Ren ~~ ~~ Shu Queen ~~
~~ Stars in your eyes little one ~~ ~~ Where do you go to dream ~~ ~~ To a place we all know ~~ ~~ The land of make believe ~~
Being the Queen of Shu was by far no easy-job, being she would have to act as the sole ruler of Shu in her husbands absence. And the number of times he had gone on campaigns; it had become like clock work to Lady Ren. Being she was aware of what she would have to do in her husbands stead.
Ren had just finished holding a Council meeting; to talk about troops movements for Shu forces, she never liked sitting in a stuffed cramped room, but she would do what was right for the people of Shu, and her Husband. Ren started to make her way back towards her room, followed by her own female guards, as-well as the ones her husband gave her.
As Ren drew closer to her room, a messenger would stop the few paces in-front of her and would then begin to address her saying. “Mi Lady. I have a letter for you it comes from a friend.” Ren would pause for a moment as she took the letter, opening it; as she started moving towards her room once again.
After reading it for a moment, she began to notice the hand writing it belong with Da Qiao, her brothers wife. It was asking her if Ren would meet her in Ling Ling, being it was outside both there forces lands, Ren giggles and smiled a bit looking to her some of her female attendants and spoke sayin
Get my horse ready, we are going to be leaving Ba Shu in the next few hours.” “But Mi Lady what about your Husband wont he notice you're gone. One guard spoke, saying to Ren. “Have you noticed my husband is away fighting for the good of Shu, ill be back before he returns,”
----------------------- Few Hours later---------------------
“Mi Lady we are ready to leave on your command, what about the gate guards.” Ren smiled and spoke saying. “Don’t worry the guards are friends of mine, they will make sure the cost is clear, and after all. No one would dare stop the Queen of Shu now would they.”
Moments later Ren and some of her most Trusted female attendants along with some of her husbands Troops would ride out of Ba Shu, and started on there ride to Ling Ling, currently the troops with her had changed into amour that had no markings of Shu army, as far as anyone knew they where freelance generals.
Hours had passed and the long ride was at last over, they had reached the meeting place, it was a run down farmhouse on the outskirts of Ling Ling. Ren's party came to stop and dismounted from there horses, and began to tidy the place up a little bit, as well as forming a defensive position around the farmhouse, well Ren walked into the house and sat down, waiting for her Sister to arrive, how she would get out of Jing god only knows.

It was no simple task leaving the borders of Wu. Da had bribed many people to aid her, she looked over one of her hand maidens dressed in Da's own robes, hair pinned and a veil covering her face to mask the slight difference in facial structure.
'My lady what do I do?'
Da herself had dressed in a hooded robe posing as her own handmaiden, but it would only be temporary. Taking a deep breath she placed a hand on her handmaiden, and dear friends shoulder mustering a smile for the sake of the woman.
"You are to wave to the people, give coins to the poor and smile. I have provided you with all the money and items you need and I have tricked the guard into leaving an opening for me to escape, but I must act quick. Try not to act like there is something wrong or the guards will be suspicious."
Da's voice was hurried and very low, there were guards everywhere especially after her conversation with her husband she had noticed security seemed to tighten. Her hand maiden parted her lips to protest, but Da raised a hand and she instantly went silent. If there was anything Da had learned from Ce it was how to demand respect without utterance of a word.
"I only wish to see my sister once more and with a battle so soon I cannot just simply cross the border like before."
Da had decided the only way to sneak out run under the nose of their guards was if a decoy made a public appearance. With 'Da Qiao' visiting each city to oversee the more impoverished regions no would suspect her actually trying to sneak into neutral lands especially since the borders weren't as heavily guarded.
~*~
The day had gone as planned Da Qiao muttering to her handmaiden certain phrases to keep from their cover being blown, reaching Gui Yang Da knew it was time she left. Giving her hand maiden one final wink and smile she waited till the sun began to set to leave their tent. Taking a commoners horse and a few tools she finally made it to the border with Ling Ling the patrol guard watching her with careful eyes. After asking her for her reason of leaving, Da made sure to sound less formal and like a commoner, it was hard considering she was the wife on Sun Ce, but as she taught her handmaiden the ways of nobles Da was taught the ways of a commoner.
"I'm the daughter of a poor merchent and we need supplies from Ling Ling to trade here in Wu."
Da could feel his eyes looking her over, Da earlier had attempted to look as plain as ever abandoning the rouge that usually stained her lips and cheeks, and kept her head down like a woman who knew her place in society. The man seemed hesitant at first, looking through her small wagon pulling out the few tools that she could gather before setting off. At first, it seemed to Da like he was doubting her, wondering what a woman would be doing alone, but with the fake Da Qiao safe with guards and no alarms were raised by her own guards he granted her access frowning as she walked head down and back sightly ached forward... how did people keep up such a posture was beyond her.
Far enough away from the guards, she immediately abandoned the wagon and took off the commoner robes revealing her own silk ones. Da had still taken precautions her hand hidden in the sleeve of her robes grasping her little dagger. Upon coming just beyond the meeting point a man showed up claiming to be one of Sun Ren's men. Asking him a question that only Ren would know the man seemed to be slightly intimidated by the dagger now held at his neck. At first he didn't respond, but upon receiving a satisfying answer she agreed to follow him coming to the barn and disappearing inside.
"Sister!"
Her voice was a squeal of joy as the Shu Queen stood before her in all her glory, she still looked just as intimidating as ever heavily armed and surrounded by her own men. Da rushed forward, throwing her arms around her sister in a hug she had been waiting forever to give; finally she released her eyes bright with joy, but she couldn't speak not in front of the Shu soldiers surrounding them.
